If you are like me, more or less home-bound and looking obsessively at a computer screen for something that looks like normal life, you could use a distraction. I decided this morning that I would send out some very short, more frequent blog posts – mostly to distract myself, and with hope that you will also get a moment away from news. So for a while, I’ll send out an email a week or so, just a few lines while I’m working on my usual quarterly-ish longer post. Please comment, send ideas, and be thankful for the people still working at grocery stores. Send them good vibes and good vibes too to those who’ve been laid off or whose businesses are closed and will struggle to pay bills. May they find some peace.

This is adapted from Sylvia Boorstein.

May you feel protected and safe.

May you feel contented and pleased.

May your physical body support you with strength.

May your life unfold smoothly and with ease.

Best,

Susan
